• Complete Matthews’ intensive, in‑depth training program
• Proactively contact owners of commercial real estate
• Make prospecting calls daily to investment property owners
• Maintain detailed records of activity in Matthews’ proprietary CRM system
• Utilize company’s industry‑leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships
• Provide clients with valuable financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate
• Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective personal business plan

• Bachelor’s degree in related industry or equivalent experience
• Experience in sales, business development, or business ownership preferred but not required
• Competitive nature
