Quality Engineer

Are you passionate about ensuring top-tier product quality and driving continuous improvement? We're seeking a Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing out-of-the-box quality for our customers. You'll monitor key performance indicators, lead quality investigations, and facilitate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve product performance. ** In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:*
* + Monitor product performance and lead initiatives to enhance quality

+ Track and analyze internal  
** Non-Conformances** , developing countermeasures to reduce defects year over year

+ Facilitate the  
** Daily Support Request Triage
** meeting, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution

+ Lead  
** Root Cause Analysis
** and implement sustainable solutions for customer complaints

+ Collaborate with product engineering teams to evaluate and resolve quality concerns

+ Drive effective and timely resolutions for customer complaints

+ Supervise  
** Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
** and corrective action implementation

+ Conduct internal training on quality procedures and standard methodologies

+ Actively participate in  
** internal quality audits
** and ISO compliance initiatives

** For This Role, You Will Need:*
* + Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)

+ Three years minimum experience in Quality

+ Shown success in continuous improvement of Quality Inspection processes

+ Understanding of Quality Systems and process including:
Working with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric equipment

+ Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015

+ Advanced computer skill involving word processing, spreadsheets, data bases and QMS systems

+

Experience with the various industry standards: IEC NEC, CEC, PED, ASME etc.

+ Legal authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship is not provided

Experience with Oracle quality functionality is a plus

+ Work on Valve Actuators a plus

+ Must be highly organized, able to work independently across departmental boundaries

+ Excellent mechanical and mathematical proficiency
