IQA Supervisor; G-Project

• The IQA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the staffing requirements in his/her area of responsibility are appropriately distributed to achieve the required performance in this area.
• Accountable for ensuring that the quality system in his/her area of responsibility meets the requirements of the company's quality system.
• Responsible for controlling non-conforming outputs.
• In charge for collecting objective evidence of conformance.
• Working as a member of the Quality Assurance team and supporting the Manufacturing group, the IQA Supervisor will be responsible for inspecting all products according to the criteria outlined in the relevant instructions.
• If the products do not comply, the Incoming IQA Supervisor will be responsible for recording all data necessary for error analysis and ensuring that feedback is provided to the supplier's quality engineer as quickly as possible.
• IQA Supervisor makes sure that all new goods must be photographed appropriately and their data must be checked in both AVL and SAP.
• Responsible for the quality culture to ensure that the company's quality policy is implemented in the day-to-day running of the factory.
• Must recognize the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction, whether internal or external, and act to provide the best quality products, services and communications to those customers.
• Responsible for ensuring that the allocation of available capacity is consistent with the plant's production plan.
• Accountable for ensuring all quality data and has the obligation to report any discrepancies, defects or problems to the Quality Manager.
• IQA Supervisor should perform his/her professional duties as an active team member, working with each department of the company, with a decisive role in quality assurance and customer issues.
• Provide quick and effective feedback to other teams in the company, either in the event of gross failure modes or negative trends.
• Activities should be self-initiated rather than retrospective, with a focus on problem prevention.
• Responsible for checking compliance with the standards, whether they are auditing their area of responsibility for a product, process or incoming goods.
• Required to perform a critical assessment role during internal audits to support ISO requirements.
• The IQA Supervisor is measured against goals, objectives, and KPI’s.
• Responsible to provide the quality manager with both objective and consistent data for the performance appraisal of the employees under his/her control, which will form the basis for the annual performance appraisal of employees, which determines any promotions or salary increases, according to the merit pay system.

• IQA Supervisor must have QMS, QA, QC, and Audit experience. IQA Supervisor should have experience supervising employees and managing tasks.
• Experience At least two to three years in a similar manufacturing site or in quality assurance, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• General skills: good communication, verbal, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• You must be able to work independently and in a group. Be highly persistent, technically oriented, and accurate in your work.
• Be a proficient Word, Excel PC software user.
• Presentation and organizational skills, visual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
