Overall Purpose of the Job

To effectively and efficiently control the quality of Supplier manufactured equipment / components and the associated quality records.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

1. Perform inspection (visual, dimensional, gauging and comparison as appropriate) on new manufactured, repaired and modified equipment and components pre, during and post qualification testing.

2. Raise Non-conformance Reports against non-conforming equipment / components and manufacturing, repair, modification quality records.

3. Work in accordance with Goods Inwards Quality Procedures.

4. Ensure inspection measuring equipment is kept safe, clean, fit for purpose and in current calibration.

5. Perform inspection surveys on returned operational equipment (Expro and Customer owned).

6. Perform Quality Control checks to Operations Support processes at key stages (i.e. prior to final shipment, job card completion etc).

7. Perform Non Destructive Testing on components for certification purposes.

8. Witness pressure testing of equipment for certification to ensure that the tests are conducted to the required standards.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

1. 2+ years experience in a similar role.

2. Trained and Experienced Internal Quality Auditor.

3. Good knowledge of workshop procedures and practices.

4. Knowledge of Risk Assessment / Job Card / Engineering Test Procedure compliance.

5. Excellent display of quality control / certification techniques.

6. Satisfactory results of pre-employment screening (ie background check, drug/alcohol test, etc.)
