Trystar's team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of a Quality Inspector based at our Houston, TXoffice.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Quality Inspector ensures product quality across all phases of mechanical and electrical assembly. This position verifies that assemblies meet all specifications and quality standards.

In this role you will get to:
  • Review shop orders (SO) and work instructions to confirm adherence to specifications.
  • Inspect assemblies for correct components, workmanship quality, and proper torque/fastening.
  • Inspect UV printing for accuracy, clarity, position, and quality.
  • Verify wiring for accuracy, position, and quality.
  • Conduct end-of-line inspections.
  • Perform fixture and tool inspections.
  • Collaborate with quality team on inspection criteria updates.
  • Document inspection results and report defects.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection.
  • Familiarity with mechanical/electrical assembly processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
Preferred skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Experience with inspection criteria development is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
  • Adherence to PPE requirements.
