Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager – Construction to oversee contractor performance, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain high safety and quality standards. This role requires hands‑on QA/QC expertise, strong safety leadership, and excellent coordination skills across contractors, project managers, and facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction Oversight: Supervise on‑site contractors, ensuring work aligns with project specifications, contracts, and safety requirements.
  • Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct daily QA/QC inspections, review submittals and test results, document deficiencies, and drive corrective actions.
  • Safety Leadership: Implement HSSE standards, perform site safety inspections, and manage permits for high-risk activities (hot work, confined space, LOTO, working at heights).
  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as liaison between contractors, project managers, and facilities teams; attend SIMOPS meetings to minimize operational risk.
  • Risk & Operational Management: Support demobilization, site handovers, and proactive identification of operational risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure construction activities do not disrupt operations and communicate schedule impacts and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years managing on‑site construction or maintenance contractors; 3+ years leading QA/QC inspections and corrective actions.
  • Skills: Construction oversight, QA/QC, HSSE, permit‑to‑work systems, risk management, SIMOPS planning, regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and resolve operational challenges.
