Are you passionate about ensuring top-tier product quality and driving continuous improvement? We’re seeking a Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing out-of-the-box quality for our customers. You’ll monitor key performance indicators, lead quality investigations, and facilitate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve product performance. This position is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with multi-functional teams, and is committed to maintaining ISO compliance while driving long-term quality enhancements.

This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Monitor product performance and lead initiatives to enhance quality
  • Track and analyze internal Non-Conformances
    , developing countermeasures to reduce defects year over year
  • Facilitate the Daily Support Request Triage meeting, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement sustainable solutions for customer complaints
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to evaluate and resolve quality concerns
  • Drive effective and timely resolutions for customer complaints
  • Supervise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective action implementation
  • Conduct internal training on quality procedures and standard methodologies
  • Actively participate in internal quality audits and ISO compliance initiatives

This Role, You Will Need:
  • Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
  • Three years minimum experience in Quality
  • Shown success in continuous improvement of Quality Inspection processes
  • Understanding of Quality Systems and process including:
    Working with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric equipment
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015
  • Advanced computer skill involving word processing, spreadsheets, data bases and QMS systems
  • Experience with the various industry standards: IEC NEC, CEC, PED, ASME etc.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship is not provided
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with Oracle quality functionality is a plus
  • Work on Valve Actuators a plus
  • Must be highly organized, able to work independently across departmental boundaries
  • Excellent mechanical and mathematical proficiency
