What It Takes:

• Schooling: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background:
  Electro-mechanical assembly and quality control experience
• Sharp Eyes: You notice what others overlook.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, handle materials safely, and keep pace with the crew (lifting up to 20 pounds).
• Team Mentality: Reliable, steady, and proud to be part of a crew that values doing things right.

What You'll Do:

You'll be right on the floor where the action happens. You'll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production moving. You'll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth

• Perform mechanical and visual inspection to Engineering and TQC specifications on multiple product lines (full range of ratings).
• Keep good documentation control (Paperwork, upkeep records, filing, write reject documentation, create RMRs).
• Review and approve rejected material.
• Perform internal audits on TIC Production Work Instructions and write a report on findings.
• Inspection equipment and files.
