Description

As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while supporting the successful delivery of projects.
What are the core responsibilities for the role?
* Implement project Quality Control plans and procedures
* Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable codes
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews
* Coordinate inspections and testing of materials and workmanship
* Identify, document, and manage non-conformances and corrective actions
* Maintain and transmit accurate quality records, reports, and documentation
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality
* Work on site on per diem projects in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas
Qualifications, Skills, and
Competencies:
* 10 years of testing, inspection, and quality management experience with increasing responsibility.
* Proven experience in construction quality control or quality management
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Proficient in quality reporting and documentation systems
* Must be willing to travel to remote job sites
