Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plan Quality Manager to play a critical role in ensuring and controlling the production process and associated functional activities for our business group.

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Training or experience in ISO 9001 standards and implementation of management systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with other leaders and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with auditing and claims management.
• Knowledges of Lean Manufacturing, Core tools (8D, Control Plan, risk analysis).
• Experience in system and process auditing.
• Knowledge of advance quality plan for new launches & Statistical process control.
• Knowledge of using SAP system as basic user.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Ensure the compliance of the customer requirements included in the contract about technical and quality product requirements.
• Ensure the quality project engineering activities to confirm the customer satisfaction according to the quality contract requirements.
• Ensure the follow up of the customer NCR’s and the customer satisfaction compliance & communication.
• Ensure the production standard operations, parameters, control plans and inspections records for compliance requirements evidence.
• Ensure the implementation of the quality system, procedures, and smoothly manage customer complaints & non-conformity, and parts quality.
• Ensure the internal system analysis for management system compliance according to ISO 9001 and the corresponding certification.
• Confirm the internal system audits for continuous improvement (system and processes).
• Coordinate the communication & interaction between different departments to ensure process description and implementation.
• Ensure the supplier quality management required by the SQM.
• Coordinate the lesson learned for the plant organization including the ones received from the rest of our plants.
• Carry out and suggest training and activities for quality team ensuring motivation and the qualification skills according to the business activities.
• Ensure the definition of the personal quality team targets & the KPI’s relative to these targets to follow for the compliance.
• Establish a good relationship with heads of departments and work as a team player.
• More responsibilities may be added to meet the role requirements for our US operations.
• Customer / Suppliers / Top Management / Department Managers / Procedures owners / Quality Managers for other plants / Global Quality Manager / Global System Manager.
