Job Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
- Quality technician is the owner of receiving inspection process and material issuing (out-going) inspection process. Quality Technician is responsible for but not limited to the below actions regarding QM-lot.
- Receiving material inspection (including physical inspection and documentation verification).
- Be able to adjust work arrangement per priority request.
- Responsible for following up with the NCR action owners on the corresponding actions to ensure Perform other quality inspection task and issue inspection report as needed.
- Receiving documentation scan in and upload to designated location.
- Hard copy of both receiving documentation and out-going documentation maintenance.
- Other duties assigned by Quality Manager.
- Experience with engineering drawing and specs.
- Be familiar with computer software, i.g. MS office (word, excel, outlook), Windows, etc.
- Effective communication skill and good team player.
- Be responsive to both internal and external support/material status request.
- Strong schedule and plan skill. Be able to plan, execute day-to-day task under the Quality.
- SAP system.
- Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software, and familiarity with industry standards.
