Overview

Associate Veterinarian — Thrive
- Arlington Heights. Full-Time (Part-Time available).

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care for cats and dogs as part of primary care services, including wellness and preventive care, vaccines, surgery, and diagnostic testing.
  • Join a collaborative hospital team backed by Thrive's support resources; work with two Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) and a focus on high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to a work environment with a flexible 4-day work week to support work-life balance.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD, or equivalent degree.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of hire, prior to start date.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Hours & Service Area

Hours:

Monday– Saturday 8–6. Neighborhoods we serve:
Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Elk Grove, Des Plaines, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Prospect Heights.

Compensation & Benefits

Our progressive compensation model includes competitive base salaries with production compensation opportunities and no negative accrual. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time base salary range of $120k-160k. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
