• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient’s care plan.
• Support patients for the greatest possible degree of independence and ensure safety policies and procedures and state/federal guidelines are followed.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer procedures for patients.
• Identify, document and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor.

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
