Houston Kidney Specialists Center (HKSC) is a fast‑growing, multi‑location nephrology practice serving the greater Houston area. With four modern clinics and a team of board‑certified nephrologists, HKSC delivers advanced diagnostics, comprehensive treatment, and compassionate kidney care. As part of the Panoramic Health network, providers are supported, empowered, and placed at the center of patient care.
HKSC is seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners to join a collaborative, mission‑driven team. All experience levels are welcome training provided for those new to nephrology. Nephrology is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
Office/Dialysis:
- Willowbrook – 13656 Breton Ridge St, Units A & H, Houston, TX 77070
- Northwest Houston (Primarily off 249 and 290)

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year of APP experience
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and care‑management skills
- Ability to develop treatment plans and document care accurately
