Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• Strong knowledge of general medicine principles and practices
• Experience in performing clinical assessments and interviews
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to protocols and maintain documentation accuracy
• Capability to perform physical assessments such as range of motion and muscle strength testing

• Prior experience with Compensation & Pension exams or veteran healthcare assessments
• Familiarity with military or government healthcare settings
• Certification in specialized areas related to general medicine

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in assessing and managing adult patients

• Ability to work PRN (as needed) basis, including half-day or full-day shifts
• Willingness to perform exams at your own office within the specified 50-mile radius or at designated VES facilities
• Reliable transportation for off-site assessments
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities involved
• Must complete credentialing and onboarding efficiently
• Compensation includes hours worked, with rates structured as follows:
  • Half-day (up to 4 hours): $402/hour
  • Full-day (5 hours or more): $1200 flat rate
