Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse you will deliver excellence in patient care through assessment, formulation of nursing diagnoses, establishment of goals, planning and implementation of interventions, and evaluation of patient outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and the Texas Board of Nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality, cost‑effectiveness, and guest relations initiatives.
• Maintain RN‑to‑patient ratio 1:5.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma (required).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 2 years of hire (preferred).
• Texas Registered Nurse license (required).
• Basic Life Support certification (required).
• Minimum one year RN experience (required).

Pay Range

$33.00 – $52.80 per hour.

Relocation Assistance

Up to $10,000.
