Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator – Spine Center

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $81,646 - $100,857
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards.
- Lead the team to enhance unit flow and functioning.
- Education: Graduate from an approved RN program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2 years in a clinical area related to the department (preferred: two years of ambulatory care; prior supervisory experience).
- Valid and current Texas RN license (preferred: none).
- Current Basic CPR Level Skills (BCLS) through American Heart Association.
- Current BCLS (American Heart Association).
- Preferred:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Use equipment and related supplies for the selected patient population, CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy (CRT experience).
- Specialty nursing certification appropriate to specialty area assigned.
- Windows‑based computer skills.
- Experience leading a team.
