We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse I to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with healthcare practices and technologies

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current Texas licensure.
• B.S.N. Preferred
• Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, preferred.
• Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
