We are looking for an experienced Cath Lab RN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a Cath Lab setting and a current nursing license in good standing.
The Cath Lab RN will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. This will include pre‑procedure assessment and preparation, intra‑procedural monitoring, and post‑procedure care and follow‑up. The RN will also ensure that all safety and infection control protocols are followed.
The RN must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask is essential. The RN must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. BSN is required.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
- 2+ years of experience working with cardiac patients (i.e. Telemetry area, C.C.U.), and/or in a critical care setting (Emergency Department, Surgical/Medical Intensive Care)
* RECENT (within the last year of acute care experience required!!!) - Previous experience in a Cath Lab performing diagnostic and interventional procedures is preferred
* would accept a minimum of 6 months of acute care Cardiac Cath Lab Experience - Bilingual communication abilities are preferred
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification
