LVN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Position Overview

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide home health care in the Houston, TX area.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Graduates Welcome, training provided).
• Provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $75,000.
