Home Health Registered Nurse

These are field positions and openings are currently available near the following regions:

• Western Houston
• The Woodlands
• New Waverly

• Provide and/or supervise skilled nursing services
• Assess and continuously re-evaluate the nursing needs of the patient
• Develop, implement, and update a plan of patient care
• Observe and report the patient’s response to treatment
• Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Counsel the patient, family members and other members of the health care team regarding the nursing care needs
• Oversee patient care provided by the home health aide
• Participate in Quality Control and Quality Improvement activities

• Knowledgeable regarding OASIS datasets
• Well-versed with point-of-service documentation;
  Experience with Allscripts is a plus
• Current CPR certification
