Licensed Vocational Nurse

Licensed Vocational Nurse 6am to 6pm – Avir Health Group

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family, providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day‑to‑day nursing activities of the assigned unit.

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of your assigned unit.

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care.
