• Develop processes to monitor and improve financial performance and resource utilization of the Trauma Center.
• Perform strategic planning and coordinate optimal care of trauma patients across the continuum.
• Coordinate efforts between local and regional trauma systems.
• Monitor clinical processes, outcomes, and quality of care.
• Develop quality filters, audits, and case reviews to identify trends and events.
• Design the trauma registry to facilitate performance improvement activities and research.
• Manage verification and re‑verification processes for the Trauma Center.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and TNCC Instructor certification.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a trauma center; 5 years in ED, ICU, or critical care preferred.
