Hourly Breakdown of Salary Range
  • Minimum: $32.69
  • Midpoint: $50.48
  • Maximum: $68.26
  • Plus up to $5,004 in annual department-based differentials.

Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and apply critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Safely manage and recover patients receiving moderate to total IV anesthesia (TIVA).
  • Demonstrate competency in endoscopy procedures and accurate documentation.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and maintain professionalism under stress.
  • Mentor staff, participate in process improvement projects, and support change initiatives.
Education
  • Required:

    Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Work Experience
  • Preferred:
    Procedural experience in endoscopy, vascular access, interventional radiology, or post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
Licenses and Certifications
  • Required:

    RN – Registered Nurse – State licensure;
    Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license.
  • Required:

    ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
  • Required:

    PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support (if working in Post Anesthesia Care Unit).
  • Preferred: OCN – Oncology Nurse Certification.
  • Preferred:
    Certification in specialty practice area.
