Misty Willow Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, state-of-the-art care center located near the Willowbrook Mall, serving the Willowbrook/Champions areas. We are a short drive from I-45 and Beltway 8. We feature 124 beds with private and semi-private rooms. Our mission is to dignify and transform post-acute care.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Shift: Night

Hours:

Full-time, 7pm-7am

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for all full-time hires.

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice of a licensed vocational nurse (LVN).
• Administer prescribed medications and document patient care and treatment.
• Observe patients and notify physicians of significant changes in condition.
• Ensure timely and accurate charting and communication with the healthcare team.

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from the state of Texas.
• Skilled nursing facility experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) is preferred to communicate with residents but not required.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position which provides nursing care within the scope of practice of an LVN, including administering medications, documenting care, observing patients, and notifying physicians of significant changes. A state license to practice as an LVN is required.
