Description
Our Houston practice is seeking full-time CRNA to join our team. The group consists of 10 anesthesiologists, 29 CRNAs and CAAs, who all work together in a care team model. Great relationships among providers and low turn over. Our practice provides anesthesia services at Fannin Surgicare and The Women's Hospital of Texas. Practice consists of GYN, general, outpatient, OB (managing epidurals and C-sections) and some pediatrics.
40 hour work week with flexible 8/12/16 shifts available. Great compensation with competitive pay structure, a 30K sign on bonus and an attractive call schedule if desired.

- Fully accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services
- Health grades Gynecologic Surgery Excellence Award, Labor and Delivery Excellence Award, and Obstetrics and Gynecology Excellence Award
- The practice consists of mainly OB cases but includes pediatric, GYN, and some cosmetics.

Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

- Salary: $210K-$255K
