LVN (Houston and surrounding areas) role at Friendly Faces Senior Care

$24.00/hr - $35.00/hr

The LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. They will work in collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to our senior patients in the Houston and surrounding areas.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with assessments and examinations
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Provide patient education and support
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols

• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing care
