This is a full-time, on-site role located in Texas, United States, for a Nurse Manager specializing in Neonatal ICU. The Nurse Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Neonatal ICU, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

• Strong expertise in Nursing Management, including team leadership and staff supervision.

• In-depth knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and best practices in Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
• Exceptional skills in Patient Care, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes and safety.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
• Valid and active RN licence in the state of Texas.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a Neonatal ICU setting is highly desirable.
