Base pay is determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veteran SupportBrookdale encourages veterans, active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. Qualified associates with at least one year of service may receive up to $725 for naturalization application fees (Form N‑400), less applicable taxes and withholding.
Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing while administering treatment plans prescribed by a physician. Coordinate with providers and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor responses to treatment plans and notify the resident care coordinator or executive director of any issues.
- Maintain required licensing (LPN or LVN) as per state regulations.
Registered as an LPN or LVN in the state of practice, with a valid license and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
