Friendly Faces Senior Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and progress.
• Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Valid LPN license in the state of Texas.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
