Sr Manager Texas Community Programs

Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and executing an outreach strategy for the Texas Caring Foundation and its Care Van programs; directing the fundraising plan and associated activities; managing internal and external communications programs; managing staff in execution of fundraising efforts, volunteer recruitment and communications; and developing, negotiating, and managing implementation of legal contracts and letters of agreement.

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience in fundraising with a non‑profit organization or managing outreach programs OR 10 years’ experience in fundraising with a non‑profit organization or managing outreach programs.
• 4 years management or supervisory work experience.
• Experience managing/supervising a program that focuses on healthcare and/or children’s services.
• Experience in public speaking.

• Understand the importance of alignment with a company’s corporate social responsibility pillars.
• Ability to build trust with external and internal customers.
• Grant writing skills.
• Experience collaborating with diverse audiences.
• Event management experience.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job‑related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $
