Job Summary:
Responsible for the management and oversight of the Volunteer and Talent Pipeline Programs which contribute to GWH. The primary focus of the position includes marketing and outreach, external and internal partnership engagement and coordination, program expansion, reporting and tracking, and other administrative functions related to the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for assuring that volunteers comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Coordinate volunteer and talent pipeline activities with the multiple GWH departments.
Cultivate and recruit partnerships within the Court systems, Government programs, faith and community-based organizations, educational institutions, and the business sector to develop a new pipeline of talent to support GWH departments with a focus on the Donated Goods Program (DGP).
Develop and update administrative systems and documentation to ensure seamless service delivery for all stakeholders (DGP, Volunteers, Partners).
Prepare and facilitate orientation sessions for all participants (DGP, Volunteers, Partners).
Set goals and expectations for volunteer services and associates to ensure corporate goals are met and/or exceeded.
Track and monitor data metrics to ensure program reporting is accurately reflected, weekly, monthly, and annually.
Researches and evaluates where volunteers will be best utilized within GWH.
Works as a liaison between GWH and various Government agencies to assist in hour tracking, verifications, and other tasks involved with the Volunteer Program.
Develops and evaluates the Volunteer Program and implements changes as needed to adhere to the evolving policies and procedures both within GWH as well as with external agencies.
Communicate with all volunteers and group leads on the terms, location, and length of service time in person, by phone, or by email.
Run monthly reports and submit them to the supervisor, Integration, and the designated agencies in a timely manner.
Track contact information and involvement of participants, and partnerships.
Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be timely in response to Workforce Development (WFD) and volunteer-related requests.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.

Additional Responsibilities:
Demonstrates professionalism, good judgment, and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude.
Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions, adapt to change, and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Ensures all data reports, funding applications, and other administrative documents are reviewed and edited before submission for approval.
Adheres to all GWH Policies & Procedures, Loss Prevention & Safety Regulations, and GWH Guiding Principles.
Must be punctual and have dependable attendance and maintain an appropriate appearance.
Must safely conduct work, maintain good housekeeping standards, have all aisles and pathways to fire exits clear and free from clutter, and keep work areas neat and clean.
Adheres to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Knowledge of volunteer services resources and practices; previous experience is preferred.
Proficiency with database management, tracking, and reporting,
Excellent Computer Skills (proficient in all Microsoft Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a working knowledge of grammar usage, letter writing skills, and proofreading.
Must be able to set goals and complete duties and assignments.
Team building and partnership development experience is preferred.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Key Performance Indicators:
Meet or exceed established outputs, outcomes, and goals for the (calendar/fiscal) year.
Meet 100% of the annual program goals
Average of 300 participants annually
Coordinate three (3) large volunteer events per calendar year
Execution of WFD projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach.
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs.
