We are seeking a full‑time Senior Pastor who is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, whose life reflects a clear calling and the spiritual gifts necessary to lead a local body of believers. The ideal candidate will be a man of integrity and moral excellence, demonstrating a heart fully surrendered to Christ. He should be gifted in preaching and teaching, skilled at communicating biblical truth in ways that disciple and nurture believers toward maturity in Christ.

Our pastor should possess a shepherd’s heart—loving compassionate, and relational—able to counsel, encourage, and connect personally with individuals, the congregation, and the broader community.

Crossbridge is home to approximately 200 members, with weekly attendance ranging between 125 and 150, including members, visitors, and children. The church is led by an elder board, of which the Senior Pastor is a vital member, providing shared spiritual guidance, counsel, and leadership. We seek a pastor who is transparent, humble, honest, joyful, and even‑tempered in character. It is preferred that applicants have 5–10 years of pastoral experience and a seminary degree.

While length of tenure is not the primary measure, we value candidates who demonstrate stability, maturity, and faithfulness in their ministry.
