Senior Development Manager role at National Kidney Foundation located in Houston – Remote (reports to Executive Director).

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, execute, budget, and evaluate assigned events.
  • Supervise and manage a Development Coordinator supporting fundraising in the South Central/Gulf Coast region.
  • Manage a fundraising portfolio for local Kidney Walks, Distinguished Social/Special Events, WHAT can include the Houston Golf Classic.
  • Create and execute fundraising strategies to grow revenue.
  • Lead, influence, and implement relationships and best practices to accomplish market and regional financial goals.
  • Develop and steward a portfolio of sponsorship, campaigns, event teams, grants, donations, and partnerships to provide funding for our mission.
  • Provide accurate future revenue projections and financial analysis.
  • Oversee stewardship activities to ensure timely and high‑touch responses to partners and donorsahia.
  • Deliver presentations to businesses, organizations, and community groups to secure sponsorship and recruit volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with NKF policies, including employment, risk management, event and cash handling, and financial controls.
  • Maintain high customer service to all constituents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
