• Develop and execute corporate giving goals and plans
• Lead employee giving campaigns and volunteer opportunities
• Serve as the company's Benevity administrator
• Monitor and report on program metrics and outcomes
• Manage Sustainability strategy and reporting
• Oversee engagement with sustainability rating agencies
• Collaborate on corporate communications initiatives

• Minimum 7 years in corporate philanthropy or related field
• Experience with Benevity or similar software
• Familiarity with corporate sustainability reporting standards
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Proven program and budget management abilities

• Energy industry experience
• Understanding of nonprofit sector best practices
• Experience with large-scale program management
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
