The incumbent in this position has no supervisory responsibilities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS- Degree in education, social work, or related field preferred.
- Two years'experience working with youth in chemical dependency prevention,intervention, or treatment setting. One year of experience working with families is preferred for programs with family programs.
- Must maintain avalid Drivers' License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain asafe driving record based on Phoenix House policy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible; problem solver, self-directed; customer service-oriented, and collaborative
- Skills andability to engage and develop a rapport with participants and families ofvarious backgrounds
