Pattern Promotions We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping to enhance our brand's visibility and maintain effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas and a passion for storytelling through various communication channels.

• Assist in creating and editing internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
• Support the development and execution of communication strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers to enhance community relationships.
• Conduct research to support communication projects and campaigns while gathering and analyzing audience data.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials and presentations that represent our brand effectively.
• Help organize and promote company events, webinars, and other outreach activities that inform and engage our stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute ideas confidently.
