Associate Director of Social Media

Magpies Gifts is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Associate Director of Social Media to lead our brand’s digital presence across all platforms. • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage and grow Magpies’ presence on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee content creation—including photography, video, graphics, captions, and stories—that reflects our brand voice and aesthetic.
• Plan and implement paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics, creating reports and making data-driven adjustments to strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and in-store teams to align social content with promotions, product launches, and events.
• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in social media, ensuring Magpies remains innovative and engaging.
• Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely posting and engagement with followers.
