We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies in a B2C, multi-channel environment
. This role plays a critical part in building brand awareness, driving customer traffic to both brick-and-mortar locations and online platforms
, and supporting overall business growth.

The Marketing Manager will oversee digital campaigns, paid media (PPC), social media, radio advertising, content development, and performance analytics
, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable ROI across all channels.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute, analyze, and continuously optimize marketing efforts in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business growth
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, SEO, and radio
• Drive traffic to both brick-and-mortar locations and online platforms
• Oversee creative development to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (
  required
  )
• 5+ years of marketing experience
  , including 3+ years managing campaigns
• Strong proven experience with PPC, paid social, and multi-channel campaigns
• Proven ability to drive traffic, leads, and measurable results
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in healthcare or health-related marketing B2C preferred
• Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CRM experience required
