Branding Specialist / Ambassador, Marketing Communications
Every iconic brand has that person—the keeper of the voice, the guardian of the reputation, the conductor behind the customer experience symphony. Our client, one of The Keller Group’s longtime favorites, is looking for exactly that: a polished, strategic, imaginative Brand Marketing Strategist who can bring cohesion, creativity, and clarity to an already beloved national brand.
Think of this role as part brand steward and part expert storyteller. You’ll sit at the heart of the corporate marketing team—shaping customer journey strategy, orchestrating multi-channel content, overseeing reputation management, and keeping a finger on the pulse of evolving brand and customer experience trends…all while leading a small, mighty team.
What You’ll Do- Own the Customer Journey (Non-Negotiable): You’ll design, execute, and continually optimize end-to-end customer journeys with real test cases, insights, and measurable outcomes. You’ll turn data into intentional, memorable, loyalty-building experiences that feel unmistakably on-brand.
- Lead Corporate Brand Reputation: Act as the Voice of the Brand, overseeing reputation management, surveys, sentiment tracking, and online feedback. You’ll ensure everything public-facing—from tone to messaging—meets the brand's high standards for consistency, credibility, and clarity.
- Run Social Media & Content Strategy (With Purpose): You’ll own the social calendar, guide content strategy across platforms, and manage internal and external content creators. Thoughtful and strategic storytelling > trendy tactics. (And no AI-generated content shortcuts.)
- Drive High-Impact Projects: Oversee a small internal team, collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendors/agencies, and leverage project management tools to keep campaigns running on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Support Crisis Communication: Bring clarity and composure during urgent or high-stakes communication moments, helping coordinate fast, accurate, on-brand updates when needed.
- 5+ years in brand, marketing, CX, and/or social media leadership
- Strong portfolio showcasing customer journey, social media, and content work samples
- Exceptional writing and brand consistency voice skills
- Excellent project management skills
You’ll join a respected, people-first culture known for loyalty, collaboration, and delivering top-tier customer experiences. Competitive pay, strong benefits, and a hybrid work schedule, within a supportive corporate environment.
If you’re a thoughtful storyteller, experience architect, and brand guardian ready to shape a standout corporate voice—we’d love to meet you!
