The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, web, and in-store channels. This role focuses on day-to-day coordination, content support, asset preparation, performance tracking, and cross-functional communication to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Working closely with the marketing team, and a network of external agency partners (PR, digital media, social, email, web, etc.), the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, managing workflows, and supporting reporting and optimization efforts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with strong organizational skills and 1-3 years of experience looking to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management & Collaboration
- Support day-to-day project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple initiatives
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with ad hoc marketing projects as needed to support team goals and deadlines
- Take creative directions and markup files using Adobe Acrobat to clearly communicate revisions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal designers and external agencies to implement edits accurately and efficiently
- Proof, review and present updated layout for menus, inserts, stanchions, signage, and other printed or in-store materials
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand standards prior to release or production
- Proof email campaigns for accuracy, brand alignment, formatting, and functionality prior to development
- Support email production workflows by organizing assets, tracking feedback, and communicating edits to internal teams or agency partners
- Develop strong brand knowledge to confidently review layouts and clearly articulate feedback and revisions
- Assist in drafting, scheduling, and managing social media content, including static post and short-form videos (Reels), across Meta Business Suite and native platform tools
- Support content calendars by organizing assets, copy, and approvals in coordination with internal teams and social media agency partners
- Create, resize, and update status assets with text overlays to support campaigns using Canva or similar tools
- Collaborate with designers and asset with basic video editing or formatting needs when required (experience with Cap Cut or Canva is a plus)
- Support the marketing team by pulling and organizing performance data from platforms including Shopify, Mailchimp, etc.
- Assist with routine reporting needs by maintaining organized spreadsheets and updating existing report templates under guidance
- Provide accurate, timely data to support ongoing performance reviews and campaign discussions led by senior team members
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency by QA'ing reports, verify time frames, and flagging discrepancies for review
- Develop familiarity with reporting tools and metrics over time to better support the team's workflow
- Assist with minor website content updates or page edits in Word Press and/or Squarespace to support ongoing marketing initiatives, based on clear directions and approved requests
- Support the upkeep of restaurant information, menus, hours, and imagery across owned and third-party platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Help execute updates across digital platforms during high-volume periods, campaign, or team coverage gaps
- Coordinate tactically with web, email, and digital agency partners to confirm updates are implemented as requested
- Maintain documentation of updates and changes to support team visibility and continuity
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or agency support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (Asana preferred)
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital analytics dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Marketing agency experience preferred
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
- General familiarity with wellness or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Typically, sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.
- Ability to sustain prolonged use of a computer.
