Social Media & Branding Coordinator

Location:

Houston, TX 77095 (In-Person)

Compensation:
Depends on Experience | Hourly | Full-Time

TMD Staffing is hiring a creative, organized Social Media and Brand Coordinator to manage our company's image and online presence.

The ideal candidate will be up to date with digital technologies and social media trends, able to communicate the Company’s views creatively, and to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports company goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and more.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print marketing.
  • Manage online interactions: respond to comments, messages, and monitor reviews.
  • Stay updated on social trends, new features, and digital best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support recruiting, operations, and marketing needs.
  • Produce and distribute a monthly internal newsletter.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least two (2) years of experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Must have experience with Meta Business Suite and Canva.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • BS in Marketing or relevant field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Staffing industry experience is a plus.
