Corporate Communications Manager | Houston, TX

Partners is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join our marketing team at our Houston headquarters in Houston. This role supports the EVP of Marketing and partners closely with executive leadership, business-line leaders, and cross-functional teams across the firm.

How

You'll Make an Impact
  • Corporate Communications: Own internal corporate communications, including announcements, newsletters, and updates. This includes drafting, coordinating, and distributing new hire communications on day one, creating supporting graphics, coordinating photos as needed, and ensuring new hire bios are published to the website and intranet.
  • Public Relations & Media Relations: Own public relations and media relations across all geographic markets and business lines. Draft, review, and distribute press releases with accompanying imagery; build and maintain relationships with key commercial real estate media locally and nationally; pitch stories strategically; and track all media coverage and mentions.
  • Content Distribution: Publish and distribute Quarterly Market Reports and Market Edge research pieces.
  • Social Media Publishing: Post press releases, new hires, research content, and firm updates to Partners Linked In; ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging priorities.
  • Website & Intranet Management: Oversee publishing and ongoing maintenance of content across the company website and internal intranet, ensuring information remains accurate, current, and well-organized.
  • Event Planning & Management: Plan and execute Partners Annual Client Event, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Content Development with AEO in Mind: Create and optimize content with an understanding of how AI-driven and next-generation platforms surface search results, helping ensure visibility and relevance across channels.
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Thinking: Proactively anticipate communication needs and recommend improvements when partnering with stakeholders. Approach assignments with a critical eye and a mindset focused on evolving and improving existing processes.
  • Problem Solving & Ownership: Navigate challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, moving projects forward and bringing them to completion without unnecessary delays. Take responsibility for outcomes while collaborating effectively with partners across the organization.
  • Project Management & Proactive Follow-Up: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support design and graphical needs. Drive projects forward through timely follow-up with internal stakeholders, managing expectations and keeping initiatives on track.
  • Creative & Collaborative Contribution: Contribute strong writing and creative ideas during collaborative brainstorming sessions with the EVP of Marketing and broader marketing team.
What You’ll Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related fields preferred
  • Strong corporate-level writing, editing, and messaging skills
  • Proficiency in Word Press, Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft / Google tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Thoughtful, detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through
