- Measure and report on performance, tracking key metrics and delivering insights and recommendations to optimize content, inform strategy, and improve overall social performance.
- Support influencer discovery and vetting by researching creators across platforms, evaluating audience fit, engagement, and brand alignment, and maintaining organized shortlists.
- Assist with influencer brief development by helping build creative briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and deliverable requirements in collaboration with the internal team.

- Oversee budget pacing and boosted-content strategy via Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, etc.; define targeting, monitor spend, and deliver performance summaries.
- Develop best-practice guides, templates, and workflows to streamline organic, influencer, and sponsored content execution.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively work with editorial teams
- Experience with creating posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In. Twitter and other social channels are a huge plus!
