• Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan and maintain content calendars and posting schedules across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X, and You Tube.
• Conceptualize, create, and edit original, engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, report insights, and recommend adjustments.
• Stay current with trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Manage community engagement, responding to followers and fostering connections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a sharp eye for design.
• Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Hub Spot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
