The Field Marketing Specialist executes local marketing initiatives and tactical plans within an assigned market, aligned with national and regional marketing strategies. This role leads local store marketing (LSM) and community outreach efforts to build brand awareness, drive guest traffic, and support sales growth. They also partner closely with restaurant operations, field leadership, and community stakeholders to ensure marketing programs are executed effectively at the local level.
Through activations, events, partnerships, and in-store execution, this role strengthens the brand’s presence within the community while ensuring consistency with brand standards. The position requires a hands-on, results-driven approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Execute national and regional marketing plans at the local market level in alignment with brand strategy
- Develop and manage short-term local business plans through Local Store Marketing (LSM) to drive traffic, maintain commercial relevance, and support annual sales objectives
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, including promotions, community partnerships, events, and in-store communications,
- Support the execution and ongoing management of the local store marketing budget in accordance with approved financial parameters
- Support marketing initiatives for New Store Openings (NSOs), including pre-opening, opening, and post-opening activities
- Build and maintain strong community partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement within assigned markets
- Analyze sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Act as the primary field liaison for the Marketing team by providing local market insights, competitive intelligence, and operator feedback
- Partner closely with Operations and field leadership to develop and execute marketing plans that support business objectives
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all local marketing initiatives and in-store activations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communication or equivalent.
- 2 + years Field Marketing experience
- Experience in restaurant Marketing preferred
- Background in retail promotional creation and execution required
- Required to be onsite in the field 75% of the time
