Position OverviewThe Marketing and Content Coordinator is responsible for creating high-quality video, photo, and written content that showcases the people, processes, and purpose behind Green Tek Solutions. This role manages GTS social platforms, captures on-site media, supports interviews and storytelling, and helps coordinate marketing projects that highlight the company’s impact and culture.
This position offers hands-on experience in creative production, social media strategy, and brand communication. It is ideal for someone who is energized by teamwork, fast-paced environments, and bringing ideas to life through content.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Production- Capture video and photo content on-site across warehouse, logistics, and office areas.
- Produce short-form and long-form video content for platforms including Linked In, Instagram, and You Tube.
- Assist with employee interviews, internal highlights, and storytelling projects.
- Edit videos and photos to prepare them for publication.
- Manage daily content posting across social platforms including Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects GTS values and mission.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare simple updates for leadership.
- Support the creation of social media calendars and campaign planning.
- Assist in writing captions, short articles, internal highlights, and marketing messages.
- Support event coverage, milestone announcements, and team-focused content.
- Help organize digital assets, creative files, and media libraries.
- Work closely with leadership to capture and communicate meaningful messaging.
- Partner with Operations, HR, Sales, and Leadership to gather stories and capture meaningful content.
- Support marketing needs for recruiting, company culture, customer communication, and external updates.
- Participate in special projects related to branding, visibility, and company growth.
- Prior experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management preferred but not required.
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Ability to film and edit video content using phones, cameras, or editing software.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
