Responsibilities- Client Support: Assist the Account Supervisor in managing day-to-day client interactions, addressing client needs, and providing updates on project progress.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and initiatives.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of client presentations, performance reports, and capturing event metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to our clients.
- Pre-Event Planning and Support: Coordinating with on-site contacts prior to the event, assist with loading in/out marketing assets, and event setup/breakdown.
- Event Support and Management: Supporting our Account Supervisor with marketing activations (day of).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in event marketing is highly desired.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to drive company branded vehicles (large trucks, vans, or trailers).
- Comfortable traveling, working weekends, and working holidays.
