Durotech Inc. is a successful, thriving Houston-based Commercial General Contractor with 38 years of experience. We are seeking a motivated team member to join our fast-paced marketing department to assist with the preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.

• Develop, coordinate, and produce materials for responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Qualifications (RFQs) using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
• Creative and technical writing and research to support proposal development with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Develop, edit, and proofread content for proposals, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and related marketing materials.
• Organize, update, and maintain the marketing collateral database.
• Provide support to the marketing department and executive team members.
• Attend industry-related organization functions and events, as needed.
• Assist with additional departmental tasks as required.

• Ability to stay focused and confident under tight deadlines and fluctuating workloads.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to coordinate with business development leadership and internal team members to meet proposal deadlines.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred in a marketing or proposal coordinator role within an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) firm.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications preferred.
