Ecommerce & Business Unit Marketing Managr

? Do you love owning both the vision and the execution? Synsus is looking for a dynamic Ecommerce & Business Unit Marketing Manager to focus on channel performance, product readiness, and marketing execution across multiple business units.

This is a highly impactful role supporting our Consumer Lawn & Garden
, Turf & Ornamental
, and Agriculture segments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead ecommerce channel execution across major online retail and marketplace partners, ensuring accurate product catalogs, listings, imagery, descriptions, and pricing for supported customer programs
• Optimize digital shelf performance through search visibility, merchandising best practices, promotions and content improvements
• Partner with Supply Chain & Operations to support forecasting, inventory planning, and demand driven alignment by ecommerce activity
• Drive the creation of marketing collateral, packaging, and retail‑ready assets
• Manage website content, social media activity, trade show assets, and collateral across three business units
• Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate channel performance and insights to leadership
• Lead relationships with overseas teams handling analytics and creative services

• Strong experience with ecommerce channels and distributor/retail programs
• Ability to analyze data, optimize product performance, and drive measurable marketplace growth
• Ability to guide packaging, imagery, copy, advertising assets and coordinated marketing initiatives
• Project management strengths and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience in lawn & garden, fertilizer, or agriculture is a bonus
